Merry Christmas! What a wonderful time of the year, says the song. Indeed, it is. Christmas is a beautiful time and I hope and pray that you really enjoy it. From our Catholic perspective, Christmas time begins on Christmas day and it moves forward all the way to the feast of Our Lord’s Baptism shortly after Epiphany. That takes us into January. While Advent was a time of spiritual preparation for the day of the Incarnation, Christmas time is The Time of celebrating the Incarnation of God in the person of Jesus of Nazareth.
