Semana Santa es un tiempo de mucha preparación espiritual y otro tipo de preparativos en la parroquia
I ask for your understanding and also ask that you do not schedule appointments with me during Holy Week.
This year we will not have the Living Stations of the Cross, but our services on that day will be very special.
We will have a Holy Hour before the Lord from 12:00 until 1:00 pm. At 3:00 pm we will have the bilingual
observance of the Stations of the Cross. And at 7:00 pm we will have a bilingual liturgy of the Lord’s passion.
I ask everyone that will be present for this liturgy to please bring a crucifix from home. Your crucifixes will hold a special place during the liturgy.
Our Holy Thursday celebration of Our Lord’s Supper will be at 7:00 pm and it will be bilingual. Our youth will
participate in a meaningful way that will help us to reflect on Jesus’ desire to serve humbly.
I invite you to celebrate the Easter Vigil on Saturday at 7:00 pm. Some of our young adults and adults will be
receiving the sacraments and our presence at this Mass is a way of supporting them in their spiritual journey.
Let us keep one another in prayer as we near the end of Lent and the beginning of the holiest week of our
Christian faith. Let us hold one another as sisters and brothers for whom our Lord lived, died, and resurrected for.
