I look at you, my dear people, and I see more and more people looking down into the wrong place. What a wonderful invention, but you’ve turned it into your master. It absorbs your attention and distracts you from looking down into what is part of you and always with you: your heart, your soul. It keeps you from communicating with those that are right in front of you!

What are you doing?????!!!!!!!!

Does the idea of looking into your heart and soul sound too boring for you?

Well, perhaps you’re the ones who have turned your hearts and your souls into boring places. Have you ever thought of that? Or maybe it’s just easier and more entertaining to be caught up in the news and gossip of others.

There’s a lot of that OUT there, isn’t it? What’s IN here, I wonder?

How many things have you bumped into when you’ve had your noses in those iPhones?

How many people standing or sitting right in front of you have you ignored?

How many wonderful and beautiful scenes have you missed?

How many opportunities have passed you by?

How often does it keep you away from yourself and from important obligations?

I’m not saying to stop using those things, but, for heaven’s sake, give it a rest! Put those things down!”

esclavos. Absorbe tu atención y los distrae de mirar lo que es parte de ustedes y siempre con ustedes: su corazón, su alma. ¡Les impide comunicarse con quienes están justo frente a ustedes!

¿La idea de mirar dentro de tu corazón y de tu alma te parece demasiado aburrida?

Bueno, tal vez seas tú quien han convertido tu corazón y tu alma en lugares aburridos. ¿Alguna vez has pensado en eso? O tal vez es más fácil y más
entretenido estar atrapado en las noticias y chismes de los demás.

Hay mucho de eso ALLÁ AFUERA, ¿no es así? Me pregunto qué hay ADENTRO de ti.

¿Con cuántas cosas te has topado cuando has tenido tus narices en esos iPhones?

¿A cuántas personas paradas o sentadas justo frente a ti has ignorado?

¿Cuántas escenas maravillosas y hermosas te has perdido?

¿Cuántas oportunidades has dejado pasar?

¿Con qué frecuencia te mantiene alejado de ti mismo y de obligaciones importantes?

No estoy diciendo que dejes de usar esas cosas, pero, por el amor de Dios, ¡déjalas! ¡Deja esas cosas a un lado!
