In biblical language, he was anointed by the Holy Spirit and thus established by God the Father as our high priest. As Risen Lord, he remains our high priest. While all the baptized share in Christ\u2019s priesthood, the ministerial priesthood shares this through the Sacrament of Holy Orders in a special way.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHere I am, send me.\u201d (Is 6:8)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ordination to the priesthood is always a call and a gift from God. Christ reminded his Apostles that they needed to ask the Lord of the harvest to send laborers into the harvest. Those who seek priesthood respond generously to God\u2019s call using the words of the prophet, \u201cHere I am, send me\u201d (Is 6:8). Como Se\u00f1or Resucitado, \u00e9l sigue siendo nuestro sumo sacerdote. Si bien todos los bautizados participan del sacerdocio de Cristo, el sacerdocio ministerial lo comparte a trav\u00e9s del sacramento del Orden Sagrado de una manera especial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAqu\u00ed estoy, m\u00e1ndame\u201d (Is 6,8)<\/p>\n<p>La ordenaci\u00f3n sacerdotal es siempre un llamado y un don de Dios. Cristo record\u00f3 a sus ap\u00f3stoles que deb\u00edan pedir al Se\u00f1or de la mies que enviara obreros a la cosecha. Aquellos que buscan el sacerdocio responden generosamente al llamado de Dios usando las palabras del profeta: \u201cAqu\u00ed estoy, m\u00e1ndame\u201d (Is 6,8).
