But she wants to see if the child can tell the true value&#8230; So she places a valuable diamond in front of her. Beautiful, sparkly and worth a lot of money! Then she places a red ruby next to it. Still very shiny but worthless compared to the diamond. The young child, who has no understanding of which is more valuable has only what is in her heart, the true beauty within. The beautiful gift that she is receiving from her mother, that which will always remind the child of her Mothers&#8217; beauty, love and generosity.<\/p>\n<div class=\"WaaZC\">\n<p>So which does she choose?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Each day we make choices based on those things that we think are more important to us, or to others. In this world, our choices can mean so much less than what HIS plan is for us. What He desires for us.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">What truly matters in life can be confusing. Especially with all of the distractions that are around us. Do others want me to like this or do this? Will I choose this to make them happy? Or do I choose to do the thing that is right in God&#8217;s eyes? Do I hear His voice, His words, or do I only hear what is being placed in front of me?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Esta historia me recuerda otra que escuch\u00e9: Una madre quiere darle a su hijo el regalo m\u00e1s hermoso.
