Our parish festival this year and in the many years to come needs to be a great success for our parish. This event has always been a time when the community comes together to enjoy some good time together in the midst of many fun activities and good food. But it also takes on the role of being an event that will bring much needed funds for the parish.<\/p>\n
We will soon embark on a Capital Campaign with our sight on the future and hopefully, in the not-so-distant future. We are also considering purchasing the property across the street. This means that the funds we bring to the parish from the Parish Festival takes on an important meaning for us and for our future. The funds that we will collect from the Parish Festival will indeed help us pay off the newly purchased land, if it works out, and to put funds toward the future build which we so desperately need.<\/p>\n
So, I count on all of us to support the Parish Festival in any and every way we can. This year, try to attend and bring friends and family with you. Spend at least a little time at the Festival and enjoy the day with the rest of the community. Yasmin is doing an excellent job at coordinating the festival and her new ideas and creativity will contribute much to the beauty and fun of the day.<\/p>\n
Soon, we will begin to have food sales that are part of covering the costs of the Parish Festival. Please contribute to these food sales and enjoy the good food our good people provide for us.<\/p>\n
Only together and united as a family will we be able to go forward and meet the challenges that lie ahead. We simply cannot stay put the way we are. We have grown and continue to grow. We hardly fit in the church and in the rooms we have. Our lack of space limits our abilities to offer certain programs for our youth and the community does not have a space where we can all meet for important and joyful social events. It is certainly easier to just stay put and not take on these new challenges, but we can\u2019t just leave our situation the way it is.<\/p>\n
Indeed, we are so blessed to be part of a growing parish family. So many other parishes in parts of the country are closing and here we are, growing by leaps and bounds. What a blessing!<\/p>\n
Let us join together in all the activities that we will have from now on. They will bring us closer to one another. We gain to make new friends and create a more united parish family. I thank you ahead of time for everything that you will do.<\/p>\n

Nuestro festival parroquial este a\u00f1o y en los a\u00f1os venideros debe ser un gran \u00e9xito para nuestra parroquia. Este evento siempre ha sido un momento en el que la comunidad se re\u00fane para disfrutar de un buen rato juntos en medio de muchas actividades divertidas y buena comida. Pero tambi\u00e9n asume el papel de ser un evento que traer\u00e1 fondos muy necesarios para la parroquia.<\/p>\n
Pronto nos embarcaremos en una Campa\u00f1a Capital con la vista puesta en el futuro y, con suerte, en un futuro no muy lejano. Tambi\u00e9n estamos considerando comprar la propiedad al otro lado de la calle. Esto significa que los fondos que traemos a la parroquia provenientes del Festival Parroquial adquieren un significado importante para nosotros y para
\nnuestro futuro. Los fondos que recaudaremos del Festival Parroquial nos ayudar\u00e1n a pagar el terreno reci\u00e9n comprado, si funciona, y a destinar fondos a la construcci\u00f3n futura que tanto necesitamos.<\/p>\n
Por lo tanto, cuento con todos nosotros para apoyar el Festival Parroquial en todas las formas que podamos. Este a\u00f1o, intenta asistir y traer amigos y familiares contigo. Pasa al menos un poco de tiempo en el Festival y disfruta del d\u00eda con el resto de la comunidad. Yasmin est\u00e1 haciendo un excelente trabajo coordinando el Festival y sus nuevas ideas y creatividad contribuir\u00e1n mucho a la belleza y diversi\u00f3n del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n
Pr\u00f3ximamente comenzaremos a tener ventas de alimentos que forman parte de cubrir los costos de la Fiesta Parroquial. Contribuya a estas ventas de alimentos y disfrute de la buena comida que nos brinda nuestra buena gente.<\/p>\n
S\u00f3lo juntos y unidos como familia podremos salir adelante y afrontar los retos que tenemos por delante. Simplemente no podemos quedarnos como estamos. Hemos crecido y seguimos creciendo. Apenas cabemos en la iglesia y en las habitaciones que tenemos. Nuestra falta de espacio limita nuestras capacidades para ofrecer ciertos programas para nuestros j\u00f3venes y la comunidad no tiene un espacio donde todos podamos reunirnos para eventos sociales importantes y alegres. Ciertamente es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil quedarse quieto y no asumir estos nuevos desaf\u00edos, pero no podemos dejar nuestra
\nsituaci\u00f3n como est\u00e1.<\/p>\n
De hecho, tenemos la gran suerte de ser parte de una familia parroquial en crecimiento. Muchas otras parroquias en algunas partes del pa\u00eds est\u00e1n cerrando y aqu\u00ed estamos, creciendo a pasos agigantados. \u00a1Que bendici\u00f3n!<\/p>\n
Un\u00e1monos en todas las actividades que tendremos a partir de ahora. Nos acercar\u00e1n unos a otros. Ganamos para hacer nuevos amigos y crear una familia parroquial m\u00e1s unida.
