I think that the best spiritual guidance I can share with you, my dear sisters and brothers, is to try to be attentive as much as you possibly can to the events in Jesus\u2019 life that we remember this week. Do what you can to be aware of Jesus\u2019 passion and all the reasons (the life and example) that took Jesus to these events.<\/p>\n

Pick up your bibles, open them to the Gospel passages that recount the events of Jesus\u2019 last few days. Bring them to life in your minds and in your hearts.
\nPlease do what you can to join the community in the various liturgical services during Holy Week.
\nLet them nourish your spiritual life and strengthen your faith and love for God.<\/p>\n

We have made sure that the various liturgies are at times conducive for as many of our members as possible. So you\u2019ll come to church a few times this week! Will it be an inconvenience for you? I don\u2019t know, but I do know that the blessings will be many. Look at it this way, this week happens only once a year and it\u2019s the most sacred week of our Catholic faith. It exists so as to honor and acknowledge what God has done for us by his incarnation.<\/p>\n

I pray that God will allow you to fathom the mystery of his passion, death, and resurrection. And from those experiences during Holy Week, may you be awakened and re-awakened to the presence of God within you.<\/p>\n

May this week be holy for you. May you make it holy for yourselves.<\/p>\n

La Semana m\u00e1s Santa<\/h3>\n

Creo que la mejor gu\u00eda espiritual que puedo compartir con ustedes, mis queridos hermanos y hermanas, es que traten de estar lo m\u00e1s atentos posible a los acontecimientos de la vida de Jes\u00fas que conmemoramos esta semana. Hagan cuanto puedan para tomar conciencia de la pasi\u00f3n de Jes\u00fas y de todas las razones (su vida y su ejemplo) que lo condujeron a estos sucesos.<\/p>\n

Tomen sus Biblias y \u00e1branlas en los pasajes del Evangelio que relatan los acontecimientos de los \u00faltimos d\u00edas de Jes\u00fas. Denles vida en sus mentes y en sus corazones.<\/p>\n

Por favor, hagan lo posible por unirse a la comunidad en los diversos servicios lit\u00fargicos durante la Semana Santa.
\nPermitan que estos nutran su vida espiritual y fortalezcan su fe y su amor por Dios.<\/p>\n

Existe para honrar y reconocer lo que Dios ha hecho por nosotros mediante su encarnaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Rezo para que Dios les conceda la gracia de comprender la profundidad del misterio de su pasi\u00f3n, muerte y resurrecci\u00f3n. Y que, a partir de esas experiencias vividas durante la Semana Santa, despierten\u2014o vuelvan a despertar despertar\u2014 a la presencia de Dios dentro de ustedes.<\/p>\n

Que esta semana sea santa para ustedes. Que ustedes mismos la hagan santa.<\/p>\n
